Her Majesty’s Apartments

DISTINCTION – OPEN CATEGORY, MASTER PAINTERS ASSOCIATION OF VICTORIA AWARDS 2016

This project involved the transformation of the old Her Majesty’s Hotel constructed in 1889 into eleven luxury residences. The heritage façade was retained whilst the interior was gutted and re-built with two levels of office and common area, three levels of apartments and two levels of basement parking. As expected in a premium Toorak location, the fitout was high end with a light and dark contrasting colour scheme.
