Extensive renovation of a Melbourne landmark building. The ex GTV9 studios were vacated in 2012 and subsequently developed into an apartment complex within the existing heritage structure. Opat works include removal of all existing industrial steel windows for sand blasting and epoxy painting off site and then re-installed in the original façade.

Opat also handled the restoration and repaint of the existing render elements and the iconic GTV9 rooftop sign. Internally Opat completed the painting to 27 high end residences and common areas.
