WINNER – ENVIRO PAINTER CATEGORY, MASTER PAINTERS ASSOCIATION OF VICTORIA AWARDS 2015

Australia’s first public building using CLT construction. This 3 story library and community centre was constructed predominantly from engineered timber and reclaimed hardwood. Opat’s use of all low VOC stains, paints and oils assisted in achieving a 6 star green rating, the highest rating possible.
