Chadstone Shopping Centre

The $665 million redevelopment of Chadstone included Opat completing all interior and exterior mall surfaces in this architecturally stunning extension.

In addition to this we painted the huge, 2 level, 4000sqm interior of the popular H&M store, the new state-of-the-art Hoyts Cinema complex (which included 14 cinema’s and a luxury VIP lounge), and the extension and renovation of existing carparks including all line markings.

Work onsite continues with Opat part way through painting Australia’s first Legoland Theme Park and Discovery Centre to be open in mid-2018. Chadstone is now the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere. This project proves that when it comes to Shopping Centres and Specialty Retail, no job is too big for Opat.
